1General Terms & Eligibility

Fbajeee (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an online betting and gaming service provider. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between fbajeee and all its users ("Members").

By visiting the fbajeee website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply in both English and Bangla. In the event of any discrepancy in interpretation, the Bangla version shall take precedence.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age & Eligibility

To register an account on fbajeee, you must:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Online betting must be legally permitted in your area of residence.
• You must be of sound mind and capable of making your own decisions.
• Your account must not have been previously suspended or banned by fbajeee.

2.2 Registration Process

You are required to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. If an account is created using false information, fbajeee reserves the right to terminate that account and forfeit any funds held within it at any time.

• Each person may register only one account.
• Opening multiple accounts using the same mobile number or email address is strictly prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Fbajeee may request identity verification documents at any time. You may be required to confirm your identity using a copy of your National ID, birth registration certificate, or passport. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

3Betting Rules & Conditions

The following rules apply to all bets placed on fbajeee at all times:

3.1 Bet Acceptance

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Fbajeee reserves the right to accept or reject any bet.
• Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error may be voided.
• A maximum bet limit may apply for specific events.

3.2 Outcome Determination

Match or event outcomes are determined based on official results. If an event is postponed or cancelled, fbajeee may refund or retain the bet amount in accordance with its own policy.

3.3 Live Betting

Odds in live betting change continuously. The odds displayed at the time of placing a bet may not be final — if odds change at the point of server confirmation, fbajeee may confirm the bet at the updated odds or cancel it.

4Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount on fbajeee is ৳100.
• Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Use bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or other approved methods to make deposits.
• Deposits must be made from your own mobile banking account only.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification is incomplete.

4.3 Transaction Security

Fbajeee processes all financial transactions through encrypted channels. If a transaction is flagged as suspicious, fbajeee may temporarily suspend it pending review.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

Fbajeee offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, and compliance with those terms is mandatory.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• The wagering requirement (rollover condition) for each bonus must be fulfilled before any withdrawal can be made.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once, unless otherwise stated.
• Winnings obtained through a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the rollover requirements are met.
• Fbajeee reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a bonus of up to 150% on their first deposit. To claim this bonus, the first deposit must be made within a specified period after registration. A 10x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — including bonus arbitrage and claiming bonuses through multiple accounts — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be suspended and all bonuses forfeited.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fbajeee. Violations may result in account termination and legal action:

• Creating or operating an account under a false identity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Conducting transactions using another person's bank account.
• Participating in match fixing or any fraudulent activity.
• Attempting to hack the system or gain unauthorized access.
• Using the Platform for money laundering purposes.
• Abusing the bonus system.
• Harassing or intimidating other members.

7Account Suspension & Termination

7.1 fbajeee's Rights

Fbajeee reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

• Members are generally notified by email or SMS prior to account termination.
• Violations of the Terms may result in account termination without prior notice.
• Fbajeee is under no obligation to provide a reason for any cancellation.

7.2 Member Rights

You may close your account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before doing so. Any unearned portion of a bonus is non-refundable.

8Responsible Gaming Policy

Fbajeee believes betting is a form of entertainment, not an addiction. We encourage all members to bet responsibly.

• You can set your own deposit limits, betting limits, and session limits.
• You can use the self-exclusion feature to temporarily deactivate your account for a set period.
• Any account found to belong to a user under 18 will be immediately terminated.

9Dispute Resolution

For any disputes or complaints, please contact our customer support team first. The support team will respond within 72 hours.

• If a complaint is not resolved within 30 days of submission, it will be escalated to senior management.
• In disputes regarding bet outcomes, fbajeee's server records shall serve as the final and conclusive evidence.
• All decisions made by fbajeee are final and binding.

10Changes & Amendments to Terms

Fbajeee reserves the right to partially or fully modify these terms and conditions at any time. In the event of changes:

• Members will be notified by email or SMS prior to any significant changes.
• The date of any change will be noted at the top of the page as "Last Updated".
• Continued use of the Platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any legal disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
